Mental Health and Awareness

This program equips young adults with tools to understand, manage, and prioritize their mental well-being. It fosters self-awareness, reduces stigma, and encourages healthy coping strategies that support long-term emotional resilience.

The types of events offered are: Wellness workshops, guided meditation sessions, mental health panels, stress management classes, referrals, and peer support circles.
